The terms that apply to using this website. Client work runs under its own separate agreement.
This website is operated by Slightly Obsessed Studios LLC, which trades as Slightly Obsessed Studios. On this page “we” and “us” mean that company. This is a portfolio and marketing site. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a price or a contract. Work we do for clients runs under its own signed agreement, and that agreement governs, not this page.
Using the site
You are welcome to read it, link to it and share it. Please do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to do anything unlawful.
What belongs to whom
The design, illustration, photography and writing on this site were made by Slightly Obsessed Studios or by our clients. Please do not copy, republish or reuse any of it without asking us first.
Client names, logos and marks shown in the case studies belong to those clients. They appear here to show work we did, with permission. Naming a client, a league, a venue or a news outlet is not a claim that we own their marks, and it is not a claim that they endorse us.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current. We do not promise that it always is. Case studies describe work as we understood it at the time it was published, and outcomes described on them are not a promise of what any future project will produce.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
